Argus Stockbrokers
Argus Stockbrokers is a CySEC licensed investment firm. Cisco IP Telephony system based on Call Manager Express with an E1 Primary telephone line was setup to facilitate the company’s voice communication with the customers. At the same time a Voice Recording System working in synch with the Telephony system was set up, to record all communication of stockbrokers and other staff members for security and legal reasons.
Active directory system has also been implemented securing the access to users’ data. Company’s remote users are now eligible to access a “broker” application and carry their own transactions on-line.
